Dear Annemarie ~ I was saddened to hear of your mother's passing. I hope she had an easy journey. I remember working with her at The Post & listening to her funny stories about her travels with your Dad and especially about the time she got stuck behind the freezer which really stuck in my mind. She made everything sound so funny. I encouraged her several times to write about her experiences; I hope she did. ~ And the one at the gas pump. Some of them were just too precious to be forgotten. I remember telling her one time I had a sure way of telling when baked potatoes were done ~ I'd just put a slightly smaller one in the oven & when it exploded, I knew the others were ready. I think she believed me for a moment... God bless her. Take care, zo
