Vicki was extremely special to me. I knew her from early high school years and fell in love with her immediately. She always had a smile on her face and laugh for you! She shook from head to toe each and every time she did laugh, all 4'11" of her. She made everyone feel special, she will be so deeply missed. My sympathies for the family, she made me feel like I knew each of you personally! My love and memories go out to all that knew this very special lady, I miss her!
