Obituary of Erika Jayden

Erika Michelle Taylor and her two twin daughters of 26 weeks Jayden Sierra and Madison Marie returned to their Lord on Friday, May 20, 2011 in Vancouver, Washington. Born on November 18, 1972 in Santa Clara, California; Erika was 38 years old. A lifetime Vancouver resident; Erika graduated from Fort Vancouver High School in 1991. She was an avid NASCAR fan and Jimmie Johnson fanatic. Erika enjoyed watching the Chicago Bulls, Chicago Bears, and the former WWF on TV, and she also enjoyed skiing and snowboarding. Most of all Erika enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Erika, Jayden, and Madison are survived by Erika's father Richard (Marsha) Taylor Jr. of Chicago, Illinois; mother Shirley (Paul) Muir of Vancouver; brother Richard (Jeanette) Taylor of Vancouver; Erika's sisters Teresa Taylor of Chicago and Kelley (James) Leach of Chicago; Erika's boyfriend and the girls' father Chris Posthuma of Vancouver; grandparents Richard and Helen Taylor of Ridgefield; nephews Mark Jr., Thomas, Jacob, and Hayden; nieces Brittani, Jacquelline, Brandi, Savannah, Hannah, and Mackenzie; very special aunt Renee and multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. There will be a celebration of Erika, Jayden, and Madison's lives on Saturday, May 28th at Summit View Church: 7701 Northeast 182nd Avenue; Vancouver, WA 98682-9802 at 11:00 am. Viewing will be held on Friday, May 27th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Brown's Funeral Home: 410 NE Garfield St.; Camas, WA 98607. Donations for Erika and her daughters may be sent to the Erika Taylor Memorial Fund at any Riverview Bank Branch. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
