George Riley Allmendinger passed away on January 22, 2015. He was 93 years old.
George was born to his parents Roy and Beulah Allmendinger on January 5, 1922 in Hiwasse, Arkansas. He was a 4 year resident of Woodland, formerly of Camas, Washington, and owner of the Fern Prairie Auction House. George was a man of strength and dignity, he cared deeply for his family and will be greatly missed.
George leaves behind his Wife Janice Hampton-Allmendinger at home, his sons Duane Allmendinger and Donald Allmendinger of Camas, daughters Sheila Jo Allmendinger of Washougal; Shannon Schultz of Vancouver; Nancy Sue Larsen of Pomona, California; Katrina Allmendinger of Vancouver; Georgina Herndon of Lakewood, California and Jackie Holland of Ocean Park, Washington; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son Johnathan Allmendinger, and two sisters.
There will be no services at the request of his family
