Obituary of Janet Lou Baskette

Janet Lou Baskette passed away on April 15, 2015. She was 83 years old. Janet was born on March 7, 1932 to her parents William and Thelma Fulkerson in Arkansas, Kansas. She was a 10 year resident of Clark County, previously of Fresno, California. She loved dogs, and was passionate about breeding them – especially labs. Janet enjoyed singing in the church choir, and her daughters recall that she had a gorgeous voice. Janet is survived by her four daughters: Karen Bell of Vancouver, Barbara Taylor (Husband Mark) of Washougal, Beth Sheard (Husband Mike) of Las Vegas, and Kim Baskette of Fresno; 10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren; as well as her brother William Fulkerson of Stone Mountain, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Baskette, and her son, Edward Baskette Jr. At the family’s request, no services will be held.
