Valen Elaine (Draper) Noreen passed away on November 16, 2015 in Vancouver, Washington. She was 30 years old.
Valen was born on December 24, 1984 to her parents James and Tania Draper in Apple Valley, California. She was a Vancouver resident for the past 12 years, previously of Camas. She graduated from Camas High School in 2003, received her associate’s degree from Clark College, and attended W.S.U.V.
Valen is survived by her parents, Tania and James Draper; two brothers: James H. Draper III and Brandon D. Draper; her paternal grandmother, Marie Draper, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, one niece and one nephew.
