this past Saturday evening at Our Lady of the Snows in Waitsfield VT I offered Mass for Marty. I reminded the congregation of what pew he frequented for 10 years ( he was not one to change habits frivolously ). several remembered him as the tall man in the overcoat who worshipped up front; others knew him well. I told them of his great pride in flying as a USMC pilot and also of other professional flying achievements. He is missed and I will always be grateful for his friendship and that of his family......Father Bill Martin
