Obituary of Ronadean Nanette Kelly

Ronadean “Ronnie” Nannette Kelly of Washougal, died unexpectedly but peacefully January 1, 2016.
Ronnie was born on August 26, 1932 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, to her parents Theodore “TC” Johnson and Helen Lucille Kerr “Lucille”. She married her sweetheart Earl James Kelly, who died March 1, 2014. They were married for 62 years.
Ronnie and Earl were active members of Gateway Community Church, Washougal with the Church of God being their primary church home their entire lives. Ronnie served as President for the Church of God Women’s Missionary Society in 1958 where she remained active and in touch with members until a few years ago.
Ronnie served side by side with Earl during the founding of Earl Kelly’s Restaurants and K&S Builders of Vancouver. They were both prominent and active members on the Warner Pacific College Board of Directors.
Survivors include her children Sheryl I. Arnold (husband Raiford) of Lake Havasu City, AZ; Debra K. Williams (husband Samuel) of Vancouver, WA; and Jeffrey D. Kelly (wife Jill) of Vancouver, WA. She was preceded in death by her son, Randall S. Kelly, who was born Feb 28, 1955 and died in Salem, Oregon at Shriner’s Hospital May 14, 1958; her brother Theodore Joy Johnson, born Nov 7, 1939 and who died Feb 20, 2007, and her husband Earl.
The family is planning a private celebration of life ceremony for both Earl and Ronnie sometime in the coming months where Earl and Ronnie will be able to travel the world together as they had always dreamed.
