Joyce Rae Morgan passed away on April 21, 2016. She was 68 years old.
Joyce was born on November 7, 1947 Vancouver, Washington to her parents Clara and Oren Heasley. She graduated from Evergreen High School in 1966, and went on to receive her Associate’s degree at Clark College. Joyce worked as a para-educator for the Evergreen School District. Joyce was a member of the Proebstel Evangelical Free Church, as well as the Washington Farmers Bureau.
Joyce is survived by her loving husband Danny Morgan, her daughter Amy (Robert) Loudenback, her son Chad (Marcie) Morgan, 6 grandchildren, and her sister Linda Matson. She was preceded in death by her parents.
