Obituary of Gerald Duane Linge

Gerald Duane Linge passed away peacefully at home on May 16, 2016. He was 91 years old. Gerald was born on February 2, 1925 in Pidgeon, Michigan to his parents Esther and Merril Linge. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Gerald was a 4 month resident of Washougal, formerly of Wenatchee, WA. He attended the Church of Christ, and enjoyed softball games, bowling, camping trips, and spending time with his family. Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years, Lorraine, their two sons, Curtis (Barry) and Dale (Julie), 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and his three sisters, Elaine, Jean and Joanne. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother Kenneth. A celebration of Gerald’s life will take place on Saturday, May 21 at 3:30 PM at the Washougal Church of Christ – 3337 L St. Arrangements are under the care of Brown’s Funeral Home.
