Judy Kaye Toops passed away on July 9, 2016. She was 73 years old.
Judy was born on October 16, 1942 in Wichita, Kansas to her parents Ina and Robert Laney. She was a 47 year Camas-Washougal resident, and was a member of the North County Cruisers.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Bob, her 2 daughters Wendy Toops and Lainie (husband Rob) Michael, her son Robert (wife Pauline) Toops, 3 grandchildren, and her sister, Arleta Pierce. Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Wes Laney.
There will be a private family service at a later date. Those who wish may make a contribution in Judy's name to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Institution.
