Roseanne Marie Jacob passed away on November 5, 2016. She was 76 years old.
Roseanne was born on July 7, 1940 to her parents Marie and Ernest Carter in Mosier, Oregon. She was a 28 year resident of Vancouver, and a member of Women of The Moose in The Dalles, Oregon.
Survivors include her son Randy Rone, her two daughters Rhonda Garrison and Robin Kludt, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, her brothers David Carter and Larry Carter, and her sisters Pat Alcorn, Bonnie Louks, Sandy McBride, Cheryl Carter, and Jane Nicklen. Roseanne was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Orville Jacob, her husband Alan Hicks, and her brother Bobby Carter.
A Celebration of Life will take place on November 20 at 1 PM at the Water Resource Education Center - 4600 SE Columbia Way, Vancouver. And Burial will be held on November 22, 11 AM at Mother Joseph Cemetery in Vancouver. Brown's Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
