Obituary of Charleen Raye Tackett

Charleen Raye Tackett, age 56 years passed away peacefully on February 13, 2017 in Vancouver, Washington. Charleen was a high school graduate and lifetime Washougal resident. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Camas, Wa. and LaCamas Chapter #152 of Order of Easter Star. She is survived by her mother, Joanne of Washougal, Wa; twin sister, Darleen Head of Vancouver, Wa.; sister, Michelle West of Washougal, Wa.; brothers, John Tackett of Washougal, Wa. and Dwayne Tackett of Washougal, Wa. She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Tackett. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, February 25, 1:00 pm at North Bank Masonic Temple in Washougal, Wa.
