Rest in Peace Coach ... you genuinely molded me into the person and athlete I became. I have some wonderful memories of us "gals" paving the way for Title IX. My heart goes out to the family. It really was a "dumb foul"....

Joyce was like a mom to me growing up on K street. I remember Sunday dinners at her house with lots of laughter, The long trip we took to Fossil Oregon and her love of the outdoors and sports. You were a special gal Joyce. Thank you for being such a great neighbor and friend.

Mrs. Cox was one of my favorite teachers. She made PE fun and expected everyone to try their best. Her humor was another great trait that made her such a good teacher. She will be missed.

Dear Family, I am thankful for the time that I had with Joyce throughout the years. She was an amazing and gifted woman and she taught me so much about working hard and having sheer determination to get things done. Her spirit and spunk was contagious, and she always wanted the best for her family. She was a proud wife, mother and grandmother. I thank God for the privilege of knowing her as a 2nd Mom, mentor and friend. I'm praying for all of you as you go through this difficult time, but knowing in your heart how much she loved you and how much she was loved by others. God bless, Mary LaFrance
