Obituary of Gretchen Gail Ivey

Gretchen Ivey of Vancouver, WA passed away at home June 11, 2018.

She was 64 years old. She was a Christian in faith.

Gretchen graduated from North Eugene High School, Eugene, Oregon in 1972.

She attended The University of Oregon and Nursing School.

Gretchen’s career was with Liberty Mutual Northwest.

Gretchen was a very kind and generous person, who volunteered at charitable organizations and participated in worthy causes. She valued her friends, family and pets very much and she will always be affectionately remembered.

Gretchen was preceded in death by her parents, Duane and Jean Peterson.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Kent Ivey, a son, Wesley Ivey of Vancouver, WA, sister Judy Myers of Vancouver, WA, sister Kristie Luce and husband Marc Luce of Camas, WA, brother Eric Peterson and wife Sheila Peterson of Redmond, OR, and sister Nancy Aikman of Redmond, WA.

Gretchen is also, survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
