Mark was one of my best friends as we were growing up in San Luis Obispo. We had a lot of good times in church, riding motorcycles and Boy Scouts. We lost touch when we each went on our missions. I look forward to seeing him again if I can make to where I am sure he is.

Just yesterday I learned of the passing of Mark. He had been our honest mechanic for many years. Mark was a good friend to my husband Tom and me. When Tom passed away April 2018, Mark took several hours out of his busy day to listen, offer help and console me. Mark loved his wife, profession, God, USA, politics, family and many friends. He was proud of teaching his children and providing them a future in auto mechanics. Mark was a wonderful man with integrity. He will be greatly missed by everyone who had the blessing of knowing him

Mark I will miss greatly ! I had many conversation with him. He was always willing to say, hi to me coming into church. He was willing to give the shirt off his back if really needed. When he worked for a transportation company in Portland, I would ask him why he didn't open up his own shop, because he was very talented in what he did. He was always positive with me and gave great advice about life and any vehicle I owned at the time. When he did open up his own shop I brought my vehicles to whenever possible. Mark is a great friend in this life and the next. I would serve with him in any position anywhere any time. God bless his dear wife and family. Love, Layton and Dona Pratt

My dearest Kevan and family.
Words cannot express the sadness that I have that this wonderful man, who showed me such love because I was your longtime friend, is gone. I know the feelings of loss and emptiness you must be feeling. But our Heavenly Father has enveloped Mark and will hold him in His arms until you are together again. I love you and wish I could reach out and hug you.
