Obituary of Irene Malsbury

Irene Malsbury, born February 10th 1932 in Goshen Indiana, and whose struggles ended July 9th 2019. She was 87 years old.

Irene has been a longtime Camas/Washougal resident, being in the Clark County area for at least 50 years, and lovingly raising her family here in this community. Not only were her children and late spouse Benjamin a huge joy in her life, Irene loved tending to her plants and caring for animals of all sorts. People whom knew her have said she was the most giving and selfless person they had ever had the pleasure to be around. Some of that caring nature was showered amongst others at her favorite career path, the time she spent as a caregiver.

Survivors to Irene Malsbury are her 5 adoring children, all of whom are from Clark County – John Poe, Loueva Hammrich, Richard Tilton, Clifford (Rita)Poe, and Ronda (Dempsey) Lilley. She also leaves behind several greats and great-great grandchildren that she loved very much.

The family has chosen to hold private services for Irene at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown’s Funeral Home. 360-834-3692.
