To Kathy, Michael, Alan, and Theresa
We were deeply saddened to have learned of your father's passing. Although we never had the pleasure of meeting him your stories of him and his many life experiences made us hope we might enjoy his company some day. When Alan brought him to South Dakota we had made plans to drive down to hook up with him and Alan, but your time was limited.
Even though we never had the honor of meeting him he has touched us by having such exceptional children. Kathy, both you and Alan shine brightly and I know he was more than proud of not only what you achieved, but most importantly who you have become. I am confident his greatest achievement in life was you both. We are sad we can not be there to comfort you but know on this side of that border between Canada and the USA you and your families are held dearly in our thoughts and prayers.
Once this pandemic is over we look forward to stopping in to share more of those incredible stories of your Father and Mother and your early years as youngsters.
Keep well and shower yourself with the many blessings your father left you in your memories of your times together.
