Obituary of Mary Ann Levey
Please share a memory of Mary to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Mary Ann Levey was born on February 10th, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Mary Ann Romano and August Anthony Corrao.
On January 22nd, 2021 Mary passed away in a single car crash on her way to work. Mary was a beautiful person with a big heart that she not only shared with her family but also perfect strangers. She loved the outdoors, staying active and above all, her children and grandchildren. She was appreciated for her valuable advice, wonderful sense of humor and loveable quirks. She was able to light up a room with her infectious laugh and ability to tell a story in such a way that would cause the kind of laughs that had you gasping for air and wiping tears from your eyes. Mary was a dedicated worker, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and gave her best in all she did. Her accomplishments included receiving her Registered Dental Assisting license as well as Cosmetology license. Her energetic personality and generous heart made for a combination that drew people to her. Mary was unique, adored and irreplaceable. This small corner of the planet will definitely not be as interesting of a place without her and the loss of her presence will be felt deeply by all those who knew and loved her.
Mary is survived by her 2 children, Danny McFarland (45), and Diana Van Pelt (36), 6 grandchildren, and her sisters Diana Hester and Christina Hampton. She is predeceased by her parents, Mary Ann Romano and August Corrao.
