Obituary of Betty Jean Stinson

Betty Jean Stinson, aged 85, passed away on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in Vancouver, Washington. She was a resident of Vancouver, Washington the past 17 years. Betty was born on January 11, 1936 in Alhambra, California to her parents, Harry Owen Weatherill and Helen Geneva Speer. She was a homemaker in her own home. She attended the 7th Day Adventist Church. Betty loved and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling and being a snowbird in Palm Springs, California. She was an avid reader and loved playing board games. Betty is survived by her daughters, Helen (Lynden) Bechtel of Cottage Grove, Oregon, Lori (Curtis) Wenke of Ephrata, Washington, Julie Gott of Camas, Washington; 5 grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; brother, William Weatherill. Per the family no service will be scheduled. Final Interment will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
