Phillip Harrison Taylor, 72, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at home. He lived at his current residence for 35 years in Washougal, Washington. Phillip was born on November 6, 1948 in Grants Pass, Oregon to his parents, Harrison Asher Taylor and Donna Jean Linkenbach. He graduated in 1967 from Medford High School in Medford, Oregon and received his AA Degree from Portland Community College. He worked in the Medical Industry as a Dental Lab Technician. He was an AVID University of Washington Husky fan. He also coached soccer in Camas, was a Junior Olympic Swimmer and an avid golfer. Phillip is survived by his wife of 53 years, Heather at home; son, Todd (Julie) Taylor of Hockinson, Washington; daughter, Tiffany (Chad) Rudolph of Vancouver, Washington; brothers, Ben Taylor of Medford, Oregon, Joseph Taylor of Rogue River, Oregon; sister, Donita Taylor of Medford, Oregon; 4 grandchildren. Phillip was preceded in death by his parents; brother, David Taylor. Per the family no service has been scheduled at this time.
