Kenneth Ross Sampson, 72, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 in Vancouver, Washington. He lived at his current residence for 40 years in Camas, Washington. Kenneth was born on May 4, 1949 in Vancouver, Washington to his parents, Raymond Sampson and Thelma Armstrong. He was a graduate of Washougal High School in 1967. Ken served his country in the Air National Guards. Ken worked in the Paper Mill Industry as a HWT Operator at Georgia Pacific Paper Mill and retired from there. He belonged to the A.W.P.P.W. Local #5 in Camas, Washington, Camas Lodge #1042 Loyal Order Of the Moose. He was a Helicopter Pilot Instructor and enjoyed Motorcross racing. Kenneth is survived by his daughter, Micalyn Raterman of Camas, Washington; son, Kevin J Anderson of Centralia, Washington; brother, John Sampson of Washougal, Washington; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Linda Bailey. Per the family no service will be scheduled. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown's Funeral Home in Camas, Washington.
