It is hard to share a memory when you have so many! So many memories of my wonderful, crazy, sweet, loud, sometimes argumentative, kind, do anything for you brother Tom. My brother had a tender heart. He was the type of guy who would cry during a movie and not be embarrassed and then later that same day might tell an off colored joke loudly and embarrass you! He loved life and he loved his family. His passing has left us all so broken-hearted. Tom will be missed by all who knew and loved him. We take comfort in knowing we will be reunited in heaven! Jim and I send our love to all Tom’s family, but especially to Debbie the love of his life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Frist of all, we want to tell Deb, Carrie, Cassie, Clint, Nate, Lisa, and all the Grandchildren how sorry we are about Tom’s passing. He was a wonderful father, proud Papa, and he loved you all very much. His family was the most important thing to him and he showed it in all that he did. We know you will have many stories to tell for the rest of your lives. His memory and love will always live on in all of you.
I know for Eldon and I, we will miss our camping, quading, boating, and fishing trips with him and Deb. We always had a great time and hoped we would have done more but life just got busy. Eldon will miss his spontaneous calls about what gun or ammo to buy. He loved his talks with Tom. I know for me, I will miss many things. I was very blessed to have him as my brother. I was always proud of him from high school, to fatherhood, to his military career. I will miss his stories about our childhood on Webster Ave., no one could do my Mom’s voice better than Tom. I will miss his laughter, his opinions, but most of all his sweet heart. My brother was one of a kind, as most of you already know. His bold and charismatic personality was hard to resist. You just could not help but love him. As much as I want him here, I know he is in good hands with so many family members but especially, his nephew, Richard, and his Mom and Dad. Tom was always a little bit of a perfectionist, so when he sees God’s layout, I believe he’s gonna love where he’s at.
I know my heart, like most of yours, is going to be heavy for quite some time. You all will be in our thoughts and prayers, because the missing… never goes away.
Love and hugs to you all,
Eldon and Bonnie (Rawdin) Hayes
