Wayne, I was saddened to read of Joan's passing. I recently saw that your house was for sale and both of you had been on my mind lately. I live by the ball park and years ago you and Joan would go for daily walks and watch my husband and I remodel our old home while telling us stories of your old home projects. Memories of you being a pillar of the neighborhood and welcoming us into the area will always make me smile. Randi Sue Ford
