Vearl Roy Williams passed away on February 14, 2013 in Vancouver, WA. He was 63.
He was born on August 5th, 1949 in Concordia Kansas to his parent Royce and Irene Beals. He obtained a Master's Degree and went on to be a sheet metal worker in the fabrication industry. He was a member of the Sheet Metal International Local #16 and was a Vancouver resident of 13 years.
He is survived by his sons Ivan Beals of Victorville, CA; Matthew Beals of Vancouver, WA; Daniel Beals of Vancouver, WA; and 9 grandchildren.
