Violet Edna McDermott passed away Tuesday, March 5th, 2013, at the age of 91. She was born to parents Edward and Ethel Bellamy in North Platte, Nebraska.
Violet was a 30 year Vancouver resident, and worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
She is survived by her 4 daughters, Sharon Cory (husband Frank) of Vancouver, Washington; Judy Kreinheder (husband Terry) of Mollala, Oregon; Joan Wright (husband Steve) of Dallas, Oregon and Ginger Wright (husband Randy) of Portland, Oregon, as well as 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Violet was preceded in death by her husband, James McDermott, and both parents.
Services will be held at the Proebstel Evangelical Church in Vancouver on March 16th at 11 am.
