Obituary of Iva Fields

Iva Dean Fields beloved wife of Pearl Fields and mother of Lila, Rusty, Linda and Randy passed peacefully on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013 at her daughter's home in Vancouver, Washington surrounded by family. During her years here on this earth, mom touched many lives and people, from babysitting and "raising" half the neighborhood to Clerk Treasurer for the Village of Arlington Heights to driving a school bus for Yavneh Day School. We want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. We knew our mother touched many people but didn't realize how far reaching her love extended. She will be missed here on earth by us all but has joined her many family members and is celebrating with them in Heaven. Services are scheduled for May 11th at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Dale Church of Christ with pot luck afterward. Pot Luck dinners were always mom's favorite so "everyone got a little taste of something". Mom's wishes, instead of flowers, would be each person pay the love forward she showed you in her life and help others who are hurting, in need, or just need a hug and a smile. "You better believe it"
