He was born August 3, 1968 to his parents Francisco and Teresa Madrigal in Coalcoman, Mexico. Upon completing school, Manuel joined the US Army. He later worked as a locomotive engineer for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company. He was a Camas-Washougal resident for
He is survived by his wife Norma (at home), son Nathan (Eliza) Madrigal of El Paso, TX; daughters Nicole and Camille Madrigal (at home) and 9 siblings.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held April 13, at Grace Foursquare Church in Camas, WA at 11AM. A viewing will be held on Thursday, April 11, at Brown's Funeral Home.
