Obituary for Lloyd Gillas Lloyd Chester Gillas passed away on September 14, 2013 in Vancouver, WA. He was 80. Lloyd was born on February 23, 1933 to his parents Peter and Flora (O'Hara) Gillas in Camas, WA. He was a lifetime resident of Camas where he worked as a pipe fitter and millwright in the paper industry, and a member of the A.W.P.P.W Local #5 of Camas. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was member of the Schick Ogle Post #4278 V.F.W. Smith Reynold Post of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Chris; son, Paul W. Hern of Vancouver, WA; daughter, Debbie Whitt of Washougal, WA; four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and brother, Vernon Gillas of Washougal, WA. There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Friday, September 20, at Zion Lutheran Church at 11AM.
