David, I just read of your mother's passing and am so sad. I was laid off from Cascade Park Care Center in mid-November, so I did not know until today this sad news. Yes, I am happy that she got to have her last years near you and surviving actually quite well, but it still leaves an empty place in one's heart for such a special lady. I admired her so much for her optimistic, appreciative nature. She was a special mom, I know, and she was also very lucky to have you for a son.
