Heather Elaine Cox, of Washougal, passed away on Nov. 29, 2013, in Tucson, Ariz. She was 36.
She was born on February 26, 1977 in Redlands, California to her parents Richard and Dorothy (Pugel) Kemper. She worked in sales in the beauty industry.
Memorial donations to help cover cremation expenses can be made to the Chase Bank account of Dorothy Kemper and Dave Brisco.
