I have fond memories of Earl Kelly. When I became a faculty member in 1966, my memory is that he owned a nearby restaurant where often faculty and staff met for lunch. Also, as Egtvedt building was finished Earl planted many plants outside to make it look attractive. Of course, it was also special to have his daughter as a student on campus.
