Eva "Ione" Allen peacefully passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in Vancouver, Washington. Born on October 22, 1910 in Yacolt, Washington to Lytle and Lily (Boyd) Nonemaker; Ione was 101 years old.
A lifetime Clark County resident, Ione is survived by her loving daughter Bessie Ashby of Camas; son Chuck Allen of Camp Sherman, Oregon; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Lysle B. Allen in 1976.
A private family graveside was held on Friday, January 13, 2012 at the Camas Cemetery. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
