Ruth May Stambaugh passed away peacefully on November 2, 2014. She was 92 years old.
Ruth was born on December 24, 1921 to her parents William and Loretta Ross in Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Franklin High School in 1939, and went on to marry her sweetheart Jack Stambaugh. Ruth and Jack were married for over 50 years until his passing in 2002. Ruth was a member of the Hai Ky Ky Social Service Club, and was a loving housewife and mother.
Ruth is survived by her son, Jack R. (Karen) Stambaugh, and her daughter Joanne Stambaugh. brother Robert Ross, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack, and three siblings.
A service in honor of Ruth's life will take place on Thursday, November 6, 10:30 AM at Willamette National Cemetery.
