Obituary of Michael Lovell

Michael Ray Lovell peacefully passed away at his home in Ridgefield on Friday, March 20, 2009. Born on February 9, 1944 in Milwaukie, Oregon, Michael was 65 years old. A resident of Ridgefield for the last three years, Michael was formerly from Norco, California, and Portland, Oregon. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and worked as a cable technician in the cable industry. He was an ultra conservative Republican and avid reader of the United States Constitution, carrying a wallet-sized copy with him at all times. He ran numerous marathons and participated in the first Los Angeles Marathon. He enjoyed hiking, being a handyman, and spending time with his family and friends. Michael is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Katherine at home, daughter Angelia Lovell of Portland, Oregon, son Christopher Lovell of La Center, Washington, and grand-daughter Taylor Lovell. There will be no public services. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
