William Webber Locke passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2009 in Langley, Washington. Born on May 12, 1916 in Peoria, Illinois, William was 92 years old. A graveside service with full military honors was held on Sunday, April 19th at the Washougal Memorial Cemetery.
Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with local arrangements.
