Eric James Fossum died on July 28, 2009 at the age of 24 in Washougal, Washington. He was born on November 2, 1984 in Vancouver, Washington and was a resident of Washougal, Washington most of his life.
Eric loved the mountains and was an avid 4-Wheeler. He was very proud of his Norwegian heritage and was fiercely loyal and honorable. Eric was a very sensitive and loving man and will be missed by many.
Eric is survived by his father and step-mother, Bruce Fossum and Ellen Ryssdal; mother and step-father Marilyn and Mac McLeod; and brother Justin Fossum.
A memorial marker will be placed at the Fern Prairie Cemetery in Camas in remembrance of Eric.
A remembrance service will be held at the home of Bruce Fossum and Ellen Ryssdal in Washougal, Washington on Sunday, August, 2, 2009 at 4:00 pm.
Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
