Survived by his brother Patrick of Cornelius, his beloved wife Anne, three children; Deborah Altenhofen of Kalama, WA, Patrick Castle of Portland and Elizabeth Conradi of Las Vegas, NV, his adored grandchildren; Justin, Shelly, Molly, and Katie; Matthew, Katherine, Matt, and Josh; and Jeff and Kaylee, and his precious great grandchildren; Caitlyn, Nicole, Reid, Aiden, and Dakota.
Jack, age 76, was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and moved to Oregon shortly after. He attended Benson High School, served his country honorably in the Navy, married to Anne E. Warden for 53 years, raised his family in S.E. Portland and retired from Western Transportation in 1994.
There will be a Celebration of Jack's life on Wednesday, August 26th at 11:00 am at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas. Vault interment with full military honors will follow at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. Viewing will be held on Tuesday from 12:00-5:00 pm at the funeral home. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
