Michael Paul Kondrasky passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Southwest Washington Medical Center in Vancouver. Born on November 23, 1915 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to Paul and Pearl Kondrasky, Michael was 93 years old.
Michael worked as a police detective for the New York Police Department before his retirement and was a Veteran of the United States Navy during World War II serving as a Pharmacist's Mate First Class.
A Funeral Mass was held for Michael on Thursday, September 17th at St. Irene the Virgin and Great Martyr Byzantine Catholic Church in Portland. Vault interment followed at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
