Brilyn Carson Klubnik was called back to heaven on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 after fighting a courageous battle with Trisomy 18. Born on Monday, November 16, 2009 in Vancouver, Brilyn was 8 days young.
Brilyn is survived by her loving and devoted parents Dean and Jennifer Klubnik and older sister Skylar at home, grandparents Karen Lewin of Huntington Beach, California, Cal Klubnik of Brookpark, Ohio, and Patrick Carson of Portland, Oregon, great-grandparents Lillian and Arthur Carson of Groveland, California, and Leona Klubnik of Broadview Heights, Ohio, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Great-Aunts, Great-Uncles, and cousins.
There will be a Celebration of Brilyn's life on Sunday, December 6th at 3:00 pm at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Brilyn's memory be sent to http://tris.convio.net/goto/Brilyn.
Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
