Erin was always smiling and had an incredible positive attitude. We were only acquaintances through Clark College but she had a way of making you feel like a true friend. She was consistently willing to lend a helping hand. Erin was driven and an inspiration and motivator to those who may have felt overwhelmed at times by the demands of balancing college and motherhood. She was just a genuinely good person. She will be missed. My prayers and thoughts will be with you and your family in hopes that you will find peace and healing. Very sorry for your loss. Sincerely, Kimberly

My thoughts and prayers are with the Swainston Family, her daughter and all her loved ones. Erin and I played softball together in high school. Although I haven't seen her in nearly 20 years I remember her warmly, as if only yesterday. Erin always had a cheerful and friendly disposition towards everyone. All whom knew her always had something positive to say, even to this day. I will always remember her fondly with a smile. May God bless & watch over you. Prayers & peace~Laura Smith, AKA, Laura Klemm

To Erin's Family Although I did not know Erin, I live in her neighborhood and the attendance at the memorial for her on Sunday night introduced me to a woman who was loved by all who met her. I am sorry I did not have the opportunity to meet her and call her my friend. Her family should be very proud of having such a wonderful, loving and giving daughter, granddaughter, mother. Her family are in my thoughts and prayers, as is she. With sympathy, Mary Beard

Please forgive me for not knowing the words I could possibly express in giving comfort to your family at this momemt of greatest loss and sorrow. With my love for your family goes my heart and deepest sadness. Although I have been a close friend of Jeanni for many years, I did not know Erin well.....only through those moments Jeanni so graciously allowed me to share whenever I visited her in Ventura. But through those moments, I saw a beautiful young lady.....full of life, love and happiness.....always smiling and full of laughter. And with the photographs of her beautiful granddaughter, it was obvious that there was much love given by Erin and Grandma Jeanni. May you always remember the good times.....the happy times.......and share them with everyone. It has been said by many throughout the ages....God can make anything........anything but an unbreakable heart. My heart breaks at this very moment for you all. With deepest sadness.....but with all my love...........SAM Reyes

I was Erin's lab and study partner at Clark. I am shocked at hearing of her sudden and tragic death. She was so smart and funny, and had so much going for her. She had a great energy and a positive attitude. I will miss her. My heart felt sympathy goes to her family, especially her little girl, the delight of her life.

We were Erin's neighbors across the street. We just want you to know how sorry we are for the loss of Erin. She was a wonderfully involved mom, friend and neighbor. Erin always enjoyed chatting about our gardening problems and how to resolve them. We also would occasionally sit on the porch and discuss life and parenting issues. We already miss her and Bailey's presence in our neighborhood and it won't be the same without her here. We are thinking of your family and especially about Bailey and want you to know that we are here for you if you should ever need anything. Sincerely, Steve, Karen and Kate

I was very shocked and saddened to hear of Erin's death. She and I worked closely together this past t-ball season. I enjoyed our conversations about our kids, talking about softball and just enjoying her as a person and fellow "mom". I wish there was something I could say, something I could do for you and especially Bailey - she and my son Richard play together in morning daycare and are in classrooms next to each other. I am thinking of you.

We were Erin's neighbor's. Words can not convey you how deeply she will be missed. I always enjoyed peeking over the fence and chatting with her about life. I will miss listening to her and Bailey rock out to music in the summer, her warm friendly smile, her kindness to my kids as she would let them run through the house so they could fetch the many balls that would end up in her yard. She took such pride in her home and I promise to forever keep our ivy plant that we shared under the fence alive forever.....

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family at this difficult time. We will always remember the many hours of softball, the hearing of many wonderful "college" stories that Kristi and Brian talk about. She was a special person and just from her facebook page and pictures she obviously was a wonderful Mom. She will be missed by so many. Kim & Tim
