Baby Boy Isaac Rusakov was called back to Heaven on Monday, March 26, 2010 in Portland, Oregon. He is survived by his loving parents Sergey and Oksana, and his older brother Ryan. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 1st at the Camas Cemetery.
Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
