Obituary of Sandra Kerr

Sandra Lorene Kerr peacefully returned to her Lord on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at her home in Washougal, Washington. Born on February 7, 1943 in Independence, Missouri to Noel Eugene and Dorothy Lorene (Anderson) Smay; Sandra was 69 years old. A Washougal resident for the last two months; Sandra formerly lived most of her life in Sherwood, Oregon working as a waitress. Always the nature lover, she enjoyed gardening, and was a talented artist of sketching and drawing. Her love for her Lord had no bounds. Sandra is survived by her daughter Kathy Starlyn of Oregon; brothers Donald (Ruth) Schmitter of Eureka, California, Terry Cuadras of San Diego, California, and Gary (Dot) Smay of Washougal, Washington; sister Toni (Keith) Habets of Spokane, Washington; and three grandchildren. Her parents preceded her in death. At Sandra's request there will be no public services. Memorials in Sandra's name may be sent to the American Cancer Society or to Hospice SW. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
